1. Burj Al Arab :
Burj Al Arab is located in Dubai, UAE which costs about $650 million dollars. It is considered as the number one 7 star hotel in the world. It consists of 205 rooms with 70 floors. This hotel was launched on 1st December of 1999.
2. Morgan Plaza :
Morgan Plaza also known as Pengu 7 star hotel which is located at Beijing, China and it is the fourth largest in the world, which is inaugurated in the year 2008.
3. Town House Galleria :
It is the most finest and luxurious hotel in the world, which is located at Milan,Italy. It consists of around 500 rooms. This hotel was opened in the year 2007.
4. Tameer Towers Abu Dhabi
This project is still on hold. It costs around 13.5 million dollars and it consists of 150 executive rooms with 73 floors.
5. The Flower of the East :
Actually this project was expected to be completed by 2010 itself but unfortunately it is still on hold. The Flower of the East located at Kish Island, Iran. It consists of around 200 plus rooms and costs around 1.7 billion Euro.
6. The Centaurus
It is the most luxurious project in the pakisthan and it is still in the progress and expected to be completed by the end of this year. It is located at Islamabad, Pakisthan. The best feature of this hotel was it can withstand earthquake of upto 9.5 magnitude on Richter scale. It costs around 350 million dollars and it having 37 floors.
7. Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi :
This palace covers a vast area as we can see in the picture above. The main attraction of this hotel was the luxurious service with beautiful beach look. It is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE and costs around 1.9 billion dollars. It have 300 plus rooms and 90 plus suites.
8. The Pentominium :
This project is under construction and the working was hold in August of this year. It is located in Dubai, UAE and costs around 400 million dollars and estimated to compete by the end of 2013. It has 120 floors.
9. Lacula Island, Fiji :
The Island turns into 7 star hotel resort and it is the most beautiful island resort in the world. It is located at Northern group of Island, Fiji and costs around 30 million dollars but it can accommodates only 85 guests
10. ITC Grand Chola :
It is a big land mark of India which is located at chennai and it is under construction. It is the most luxurious hotel with 600 plus rooms and costs around 2 billion dollar which is 800-1000 crores in INR.
