Whenever i opened my inbox, there will be some messages like Mr.john you had won the lottery amount , and other messages like Easy way of earning money easily, so and so the list goes on.

I found a trick that is useful for Checking the Email that you received is real Or fake.So Please have a Note on this and Share it to your friends

1) First Open your message from the sender in the Inbox

2) Then Check the Message details by clicking the "Show Original " in the above of the inbox menu.

3) It is the Actual Source of the Message.

4) It is written in coding , which will be displayed in a new window

5) Check the coding carefully, Go to the 9th line in that coding.

6) If you have "Received: from mr.google.com , it is an genuine and Real Mail.

7) If it have "Received from: xxxxx.xx ( other than mr.google.com) then it is an Fake Mail , it is just for Spamming and Stealing your Data.
Actually this line will appears too early in that coding, it appears on the 7th line itself.

This is how we can play Audio with the Command Prompt

1) Press Windows+R and get the RUN box

2) Type "cmd" in it, the command prompt box will opens

3) Type the Path Name of the File, e;g D:/Song .

4) In more Detail D:/Users/songs/song.mp3

5) Extension should be given to the song , Otherwise it wont play.

4) Now the Song will be played, you can listen the Song and Enjoy

Sometimes the File of PowerPoint Was too large, and we have to wait more time to load, Upload in a Server or Send as a Attachment to your Friend Email.So i am Giving Easy tips on how to Reduce the File Size without Any third party Softwares.

1) Whenever you choose to Save the File, go for File > Save As:
Enter the Name and save, this will Reduce the Size of the PowerPoint File up to 50%.

2) Optimize the Pictures in PowerPoint, it saves a Lot of Memory
Click on Pictures and get the Pictures tool Bar.
Now click on Compress Picture, then do these following Settings
Change the resolution from web to Screen
Then Click OK.

3) Normally for the Business we are likely to link the Excel files and we should remember the More links the more Memory.
Go to the Edit menu, and Go for Links
Holding the Shift Key, Click on the Last link which makes all the links in color Blue.
Now its time to remove the unwanted links by selecting the Break link

4) Go for Tools > Options > Save , then delete the Auto fast saves in the Check Box it appears
Always remember Click Save as will help you to save your Memory, Do this here also.

5) Go to Tools > Options > Advanced Email, then we get the "add properties to the Attachments "
